- Fill in the form consisting of 9 steps.
- Now Save the form.
- U can book the slot which opens at 6 p.m every day.
- Report at respective Passport Seva Kendra office at reported time located at Hotel Mid City, Opp to Radio Station, M.G Road, Vijayawada.
At Passport Seva Kendra, Vijayawada:-
- First counter: Verification of Original Certificates.
- Second counter: From A1-18: Uploading documents and taking of photo with your finger prints. Pay the fee required.
- Third counter: Government official verification.
- Issue of fee receipt and exit.
